The subscription
$49.99/month at the founding member rate. This price is locked in for life as long as your subscription stays active. Regular pricing will increase once founding member spots close.
Yes — no questions asked, no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@pawfoodcritics.com.
Boxes ship within 5–7 business days of subscribing. After that your box ships on the same date each month.
Yes. Log into your account and skip any upcoming shipment. Just do it before your billing date.
Yes — email us at hello@pawfoodcritics.com and we'll pause your subscription for up to 3 months.
What's in the box
Every box contains 5 natural treat samples — each a different protein source, each a surprise. We prioritize minimal, clean ingredients and avoid anything with artificial additives or fillers. We never reveal the contents in advance. Your dog finds out first.
Yes — every treat we include is made with minimal, natural ingredients. Many are single ingredient. All are free from fillers, artificial flavors, and preservatives. We read every ingredient list before anything goes in a box.
Yes. Every treat we source is chosen specifically because it is gentle, digestible, and safe for dogs with sensitive stomachs. We prioritize novel proteins that most dogs have never been exposed to, which reduces the risk of reactions.
By default we avoid the four most common dog allergens. If you have specific proteins to avoid, tell us in your profile and we will make sure they never appear in your box.
Each sample is a 2–3oz portion — enough for your dog to genuinely taste and react to each treat, without committing to a full bag.
Returns & refunds
Rate each treat on your tasting scorecard and we will use that data to build a better box next month. If you are genuinely unhappy with your first box, email us at hello@pawfoodcritics.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
We do not offer refunds on consumed products. But if your box arrived damaged, was missing items, or something was clearly wrong — email us and we will sort it out immediately.
Email us at hello@pawfoodcritics.com with your order number. If your box is lost in transit we will resend it at no charge.
Due to the nature of food products we cannot accept returns. But we stand behind every box — if something was not right, contact us and we will fix it.

We source from independent, small-batch brands and trusted suppliers who share our commitment to clean, natural treats. Every treat goes through our ingredient review before it makes it into a box.
We source from a variety of trusted suppliers. Some treats are made in the USA, others are sourced internationally from regions known for quality natural pet treats — including Iceland for fish-based treats. We always prioritize transparency on sourcing.
Your ratings help us personalize future boxes and recommend full-size products of treats your dog loved. We never sell your data to third parties.
