Shipping policy

We ship via USPS or UPS Ground from Atlanta, GA.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Transit time: 3–7 business days (US only)
• Subscription cadence: Renewal boxes ship on the same date each month
• Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous US
• Where we ship: Currently shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes (APO/FPO), or internationally at this time.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your box ships.
• Lost or stuck packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email hello@pawfoodcritics.com and we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
• Wrong address: We ship to the address on file. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
