How does the tasting scorecard work?

After your box arrives we email you a simple digital scorecard. For each of the 5 to 7 treats your dog tried you select how they reacted — Loved It, Liked It, Meh, or Hated It. Submit it and we use that data to personalize your future boxes and recommend full size products your dog will actually want.

What if my dog has allergies or food sensitivities?

During checkout we ask about any allergies or proteins to avoid. We make sure nothing in your box contains those ingredients. If you have concerns after subscribing email us at hello@pawfoodcritics.com and we will adjust your next box immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No questions asked. No hidden fees. Cancel from your account dashboard in 30 seconds.

When does my box ship?

Boxes ship on the 15th of every month. Subscribe before the 10th to receive the current month's box. Subscribe after the 10th and your first box ships the following month.

What kinds of treats are included?

Single ingredient and minimal ingredient natural dog treats from independent artisan brands. Different proteins, textures, and formats every month — freeze dried beef liver, dehydrated salmon, air dried chicken, sweet potato chews, and more. Nothing artificial. Nothing you cannot read.

Are the ingredients really natural?

Yes. We have a strict no artificial policy. No artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, or fillers. Ever. Every brand is vetted before it enters our supply chain.

What happens after my first box?

You submit your scorecard. We analyze your dog's ratings and send personalized full size product recommendations based on what they actually loved. Your second box is also adjusted based on scorecard data.

Can I buy full size versions of treats my dog loved?

Yes. Every product that has been in a Pawfood Critics box is available full size in our store. Coming soon as we grow our treat library.
