Refund policy
Because we sell consumable pet products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used treats for health and safety reasons. However, we stand behind every box.
- Damaged in transit: Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.
- Missing items: Contact us within 7 days and we'll ship what's missing at no charge.
- Quality issues: If a treat arrives spoiled, moldy, or your dog has a reaction, email us with details and we'll refund or replace that item.
- Unopened boxes: If you receive your box and haven't opened it, you can return it within 14 days for a refund minus return shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Subscription cancellations:
- Cancel anytime in your account dashboard or by emailing us — no fees, no questions asked.
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next box.
- Once a renewal has processed and the box has shipped, that box cannot be refunded but you can cancel future shipments.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
